We are the owner's of Malta & Co and realize that some reviews posted on yelp and other similar websites are simply not true. Our office is not in any legal dispute regarding an issue for "incorrect billing" as one review states. Most of the negative comments posted are likely attributed to other comments posted about our company and Prop 8. For the record, you will notice that as of 11/14/08 Malta & Co does NOT appear on the hrc.org list as supporters of Prop 8, as they too have corrected and have acknowledged the mistake that has been explained here on Yelp as to what happened.
